Player WC Time-to-Shot Tidbits
This is mainly just playing around, 3-4 games isn't enough for much meaningful to emerge especially when you have 20-30 minute spells of chaos from trailing Germany racking up huge shot numbers. Anyway, still we forge ahead. The overall mean time-to-shot following a pass is 273 seconds. 25 players cracked under the 200 second barrier with >100 passes.

The bottom of the list is full of who you'd expect: Central American goalies, defenders, Colombian defenders are a bit more interesting (Sanchez brothers), Nigerian defender Kenneth Omeruo, who we saw plenty of in the first post in this series, and more along those lines.
If you take any filter away the top two players are Julian Brandt who played 21 passes, a shot coming on average 69 seconds later and...Danny Welbeck who in his one pass had shots flying in within 45 seconds. Now this is a small sample size, but how can you deny the data Gareth when you really needed a goal? #garethout #sterlingisafraud #playwelbeck
